No Hard Feelings -- Rafidah Aziz

Really. She's okay about being excluded in Abdullah Ahmad Badawi's new Cabinet line-up.
She bears no grudges, she told a Press conference today.

The former International Trade and Industry Minister however confessed to having been surprised when told on Tuesday that she was out of Pak lah's list.

She insists she's not disappointed, though, and has accepted the Prime Minister's decision.

And Rafidah has decided to not quit as Wanita Umno chief.
She ain't budging. She's staying put.

The Star has the story here.

And the NST has more details -- here.

Phew....and I thought I could already hear her giving Pak Lah a piece of her mind and a good tongue-lashing.

Stay cool Kak Dah! I know it's hard to.

    STRATEGY STRATEGY STRATEGY!

MEANTIME RA, CONSOLIDATE YOUR FORCES AND YOUR PRODIGIES AND YOUR INTERNS FOR THE BIG ELECTION BATTLE IN THE UMNO GENERAL ASSEMBLY!!!

THEN WE WILL SEE THE SULLEN VINDICTIVENESS OF MALAY WOMEN WHO, BECAUSE THEY ARE CULTURALLY EXPECTED TO BE COY AND SUBMISSIVE, WIELD THEIR REVENGE IN DIFFERENT WAYS!

AFTER ALL SHAKESPEARE DID SAY "HELL KNOWS NO FURY LIKE A WOMAN SCORNED"!

SO IT MUST BE UNIVERSALLY TRUE!

Well then, Pak Lah deserves to be given a proper tongue lashing and many pieces of Rafidah's capable mind. She may not be the cleanest person on earth but if we must have shady characters in the cabinet, better capable and intelligent ones than dumb ones. Dah lah jahat, bodoh pulak tu. How damaging is that to us Malaysians. This is totally unfair for us. Muhyiddin (who did what again as minister of agriculture?) is stepping into large shoes. I'm no Rafidah fan, but objectively, she was the most capable member of the cabinet and if merits were applied, she should be the PM. After a few f*ck-ups with our international trade, FTA perhaps, I hope Rafidah will be returned to helm MITI.

My dear Rafidah, with due respect, I think you are full aware of how many people in Kuala Kangsar broke into tears when they learned that you're contesting again. Enough is enough. Try MLM, you have heaps of potential downline. Could be better than selling APs.

p/s: next time if you feel like crying, do it in the rain.

Should we encourage Rafidah Aziz to revolt against his boss? :-)

Some bloggers already did that and so far I can say that they have done wonderful jobs.

Chnage is always difficult. Sometimes, things need to be done which may not be too obvious unless you are the Master Planner. Very brave of P.Lah but if this needs to be done to dispel those AP irritations people have been harbouring, I applaud the move. The day will come when someone else has to take the helm of that ministry, now is a good time as any other. Besides, it's good for anybody's soul to be dinked every now and then. Humility is a great teacher and friend.

I have positive vibes about his new cabinet line-up.And I have very positive vibes about Pak Lah finally taking the helm this time and showing that he means business. Work hard or ship out. Enough of this Mr Nice Guy already.
Let's wait and see and give them all out support. Our voices have been heard and it is time to move on.(p.s - KJ not in line-up, see?)

These two women are the biggest clowns and are real male-suckers; all for the sake of wealth and glory! Couldn’t give a damn about women’s rights and plights - is it any wonder that violence and sexual harassment/violation against women are on the rise in Malaysia? Look at Altantuya’s case and injustice; almost forgotten since it keeps dragging on! And that Bollywood stars entertainer big-hair Shahrizat (what does such role that have to do with her previous Ministerial post may I ask, although I really love Bollywood films myself?) being paid still despite of her great defeat, with rakyat’s money for doing what exactly? Don’t trust another lady to the job; is it because Umno being racist as it is; doesn’t trust the new Minister of Women who is not Muslim nor Malay? Anyway these two female Umno snakes and goons of Rafidah and Shahrizat made me sick!

Beware Rip Van Winkle, watch your back the next few months. Don't say you were not warned.

Another fatal error is that you have ignored and terribly slighted those M'sians from the 'Land Below The Wind' & 'The Land of The Hornbills' whose 60 seats gave you the legitimacy to form a government. You have tossed them crumbs in the Cabinet.

Beware The Ides of March! Beware, Beware!!

  9. Why bother making a PC? Who's interested if you stay on as wanita chief? Was it a big deal that you had to call for a pc? No one asked you to resign from wanita, you were just dropped from the cabinet. It different if there were calls for you to resign but you remain defiant. But nobody cared! Big deal! What makes you think that by not being in the cabinet the wanita is not well represented? Heck the PM nominated a hell of a lot of wanita to contest, some of them without acedemic qualifications in the parliamentary and state seats. Go and lift Azalina's kebaya. Are you telling me she's actually a man?

Tengku Razaleigh has thrown the gauntlet. He is contesting for President. Let's see if your 1.5 million wanita members have substance enough to make a difference, or are they just all mouth like you.

27 years as minister it's high time you retired! Pak Lah did you a favour! Sharizat and Azalina can succeed.

    Anonymous 7:51pm,

Get your butt off the lazy chair and go check out the real facts if you dare. If not for goons within the fold, this Shahrizat should have won the votes count in Lembah Pantai polling centres.

  12. A smart move by Pak Lah is to appoint her as his advisor on international trade. But then, Pak Lah is never known for his intelligence. Tapi susah juga kalau appoint rafidah jadi his advisor, nanti nampak sangatlah ketidakpandaian advisors tingkat 4 dia.

  14. RA said, "I have served this country for 32 years with integrity."

You have served this country for 32 years. AGREED.
    ..with integrity? NOPE.

Otherwise, how Ezam could end up in prison for 2 years?
