Why would AAB wants to talk peace, he wasn't the one who started the fight! He is better where he is now, at least, now he can fight back, and show his disdain and disgust at MM. He would be tying his own hands, and giving MM handicap, if he were to go to the peace table.
The BN government is increasingly looking like the Titanic. The mud slinging going on between Badawi, Mahathir and Razaleigh is leaving the BN regime in tatters. This is not helped by spineless individuals like Nazri Aziz and Zahid Hamidi who would cheer on anyone who is PM but immediately chastise the individual once he is no longer PM. (Remember, dear Mahathir and Badawi, "Melayu mudah lupa".) Then, we have the Ong brothers from MCA talking trash while MIC and Gerakan are busy re-inventing themselves in circles.
We also hear that document and files have gone missing in states ruled by Pakatan Rakyat. Personally if you asked me, I don't trust the BN government, the Police, the Judiciary, the AG, the Elections Commission and the civil service.
Due to this, I believe that Pakatan Rakyat must not waste any time to form the government. The BN government is now falling from within. If we as a nation don't bail out from this spiral, we as a nation may end up in the abyss with Badawi and Company! We must have regime change by having a PR government in place. We must not let the BN regime stay in power for another 5 years because by the time the next GE comes, the nations wealth would have been stripped clean and all evidence involving the sins of the BN regime would have been wiped clean by then.
Some people are against the crossing over of elected BN reps to PR. They feel this is a betrayal of the voter's trust. What I would like to suggest is why not, come April 28, if there are any BN MP's who are disillusioned and dissatisfied with the BN regime, they can declare themselves as Independent MP's and join the 82 PR MP's in passing a motion of no confidence on Badawi and his government.
I think His Majesty the Yang Dipertuan Agung, would not consent for another GE. Rather, the 82 PR MP's can form a Minority government. Infact, this government can also go on to be a Government of National Reconciliation by having not only the Independent MP's with them but also BN MP's as well, so long as they are clean.
Therefore, there is no need to wait for Datuk Seri Anwar to get to Parliament for this to happen. With Datuk Seri Anwar by her side, I'm sure Leader of the Opposition, Datin Seri Dr. Wan Azizah will make a good PM. Time is of the essence. We must not let this opportunity slip away. Go for regime change now!
What rubbish are you guys talking, keep blaming TDM. Are you saying AAB doesnt have the brain to think for his own good or the country?? And banyak cantik, all the fault that AAB did, push the blames on TDM?? Eh, harlow! Look around you guys..look at how M'sia have prosperous. YES, there is still a long way to go, but look at wat you have isn't it better than nth. You are a developed country. And for God sake, even if you put the best PM to lead the country, the situation will not change if the rakyat con't to behave/ think this way. Go and do your part la.
I agree with Malayamuda.... No way TDM gonna give any kisses for now as the momentum is already there. It's gonna be the "jual mahal" kinda attitude until he get what he wants. At the end of the day it's back to square one for everyone. Like someone commented earlier "Drama minggu ini"
What is Mahathir rooting for? He's in fact rooting for the discredited policy of Umnoputraism a la NEP. Where did the inspiration for Malaysia’s ketuanan Melayu and Umnoputraism a la NEP come from? From the infamous caste system of India! Why must the Malays themselves accept this when they fled Hinduism for Islam 500 years ago to escape the caste system?
Malay relevance does not hinge on Umnoputraism a la the NEP or carrying on as a nation within a nation oblivious of the others like the proverbial ostrich with its head stuck in the sand. Malay relevance hinges on the whole-hearted participation of the community in nation-building in equal partnership with the other communities.
If Umno listens to Mahathir, and carries on as if Umno is Malay and Malay is Umno, it will really become irrelevant. Umno can no longer claim to be the only party representing the Malays. Such a position only benefits a handful of Malay leaders and not the Malay community as a whole.
Umno needs to re-invent itself. Confining itself to just one community will cause it to lose the Federal Government and find itself being relegated to ruling only some states like Perlis, Terengganu, Pahang, Malacca, Negri Sembilan, Johore and Sabah.
The young see things differently and they rely on the alternative media, not the print media owned by political parties or the Government-run TV and radio stations.
Kiss and make up?No way!!The stakes are too high. PakLah had said it. He has to stay to see through all the mega development projects, the super corrridors that had been planned. In other words he cannot fail all those who had invested in him.The political path of his SIL had just begun.PakLah just cannot lift the protection that he(SIL) really needs at this stage. For TDM,love him or hate him many will have to agree that if there is anyone who can stop DSAI`s political revival,it can only be him. When answering questions about DSAI recently, TDM had repeated his accusation of DSAI being an American & Israeli stooge.True or not, this will surely cuts deep into the hearts and mind of the Malays locally and many Muslims abroad.Consistently his anti Western stance obviuosly drew a lot of hatred not only from the west but also from locals who regard being anti west as being anti -liberal.However this was well received and draw admiration not only from the third world, but also China and Japan, two most powerful Asian nations. How this support from China had influenced the local Chinese voters was shown in PRU 1999 when BN was practially saved by them. So will TDM cease in his quest to unseat PakLah and set UMNO/BN back to gain support from the Malaysian public? NO Way!! note: PR and DSAI supporters will surely be replying to this ramblings otherwise this posting seems cold and quiet...:)
malayamuda, what do u think mahathir want...? If he wants anything, he could have done or got it when he was the PM. And didn't he resign at his own will?
Cakap serupa tak da otak. You are noisier than mat2 rempit la...
AND HE'S NO GREEN HORN IN MALAY AND MALAYSIAN POLITICS!
HE'S THERE FOR A CAUSE - TO SALVAGE WHATEVER IS LEFT OF MALAY DIGNITY AND MARUAH - AND OF PAK LAH'S AS WELL. TO RESTORE THE GOOD NAME OF OUR BELOVED MALAYSIA.
IT PAINS MOST RIGHT THINKING PEOPLE TO SEE THE COUNTRY IN SUCH A POLITICAL MESS.
IT IS NO JOY TO SEE TWO DECENT LEADERS AT LOGGERHEADS WITH ONE ANOTHER AND BEING TRODDEN BY PEOPLE (INCLUDING IMBECILE UMNO SPOKESPERSONS) WHO HAVE DONE NOTHING FOR THE COUNTRY EXCEPT SIP COFFEE AND TALK SHOP.
AND THIS INCLUDES YOU AND ME NURAINA, AND THOSE BLOGGERS OUT THERE WHO ENCOURAGE DESTRUCTIVE THOUGHTS AND COMMENTS.
WHAT WE SHOULD ALL DO IS OFFER HELP, SACRIFICE OUR NAMES AND AMBITIONS TO GO ON A CYBER ROAD SHOW AND HELP THE MALAYSIAN SOUL TO HEAL.
TUN M AND PAK LAH WILL LEAVE US SOON BUT WE HAVE TO CONTINUE THEIR BATTLE!
After this kissing post can or not promote BUM2008 with a sidebar announcement? That is the minimum we can do as Desi is using this platform/forum to push All Blogs membership drive.
Cannot kiss and make up coz Bodowi will just shiok shiok then fall asleep! haha! Nah...I think these two can no longer bridge their chasm...they are too far apart in policy, personality, guts, etc.
All of this reminds me the day of Jesus Crucifixtion where UMNO MT's and Ministers such as Shabery Cheek, Zahid Hamidi, Ismail Sabri and Nazri Aziz are playing the roles of Jewish Rabbi that wants to crucify Tun and the 12 apostles (so called neutral leaders of UMNO) remains shut up. Lets see whats transpired from this Roman blunders.
believe it or not, what mahathir really want is for melayu not to be the melukut ditepi gantang, for this country to achive its 2020 vision. thats all.
So there is this urge to kiss and make up, eh? Will it just a dry peck or will it be a sloppy frenchie? Somebody could get a hard on...and that mattress might go to court again...
Maybe Wanita numero uno and the neither Wanita nor Puteri minister need one too...
not possible. maha firaun jedi darthvader 1 will not stop until Rip Van Winkle is ousted.
firaun wants a 'friendly' PM so he can pressurise Telekom, Tenaga, Petronas & GLC's to give more assistance (non-tendered out conracts) to poor, econonomically disadvantaged & deserving Bumis like Mok, Mir & Muk and fellow cronies who 'really, really' want the crooked bridge over troubled waters to nowhere!! lol
as much as i respect TDM for his 22 yrs in leading the country, i strongly believe that he should keep his trap shut.
knowing that even he has a huge chunk of skeletons in his closet, and proclaiming that he 'cant remember' or it was 'his prerogative' i don't think its at play to point fingers at AAB for AAB's shortcomings. besides, its well known that TDM's play makers are now kissing ass to the 4th floor boys, or were they? hmm
but anyways, TDM should have stuck to his comment when he said 'i would voice out my comments and assistance when its required', and as far as i remember, no one did. yet.
They will kiss and make up and smoke whatever pipe that has to be smoked as soon as they and their backers can come to a compromise as to who gets what of the Malaysian pie.

TUN M AND PAK LAH WILL LEAVE US SOON BUT WE HAVE TO CONTINUE THEIR BATTLE!
two males kissing....wohhhhwwoooohhhhh..betul ke?
ReplyDeleteBandaraya and the moral angels from Jakim etc etc..will swoop on them..
Maybe just hold hands?
Saudari Nuraina,
After this kissing post can or not promote BUM2008 with a sidebar announcement? That is the minimum we can do as Desi is using this platform/forum to push All Blogs membership drive.
ReplyDeleteNo need to smoke anything lah,pak lah already politically stoned....he sees purple haze everywhere he went.
ReplyDeletetalk or no talk....there is only one ending ...leave the scene ..and dun make bigger fool of yourself..FULLSTOP
ReplyDeleteCannot kiss and make up coz Bodowi will just shiok shiok then fall asleep! haha!
ReplyDeleteNah...I think these two can no longer bridge their chasm...they are too far apart in policy, personality, guts, etc.
ReplyDeletebelieve it or not, what mahathir really want is for melayu not to be the melukut ditepi gantang, for this country to achive its 2020 vision. thats all.
ReplyDeleteSo there is this urge to kiss and make up, eh? Will it just a dry peck or will it be a sloppy frenchie? Somebody could get a hard on...and that mattress might go to court again...
ReplyDeleteMaybe Wanita numero uno and the neither Wanita nor Puteri minister need one too...
Who said Malaysia is a conservative society...
they will meet at IJN soon!!
ReplyDeletenot possible. maha firaun jedi darthvader 1 will not stop until Rip Van Winkle is ousted.
ReplyDeletefiraun wants a 'friendly' PM so he can pressurise Telekom, Tenaga, Petronas & GLC's to give more assistance (non-tendered out conracts) to poor, econonomically disadvantaged & deserving Bumis like Mok, Mir & Muk and fellow cronies who 'really, really' want the crooked bridge over troubled waters to nowhere!! lol
ReplyDeleteas much as i respect TDM for his 22 yrs in leading the country, i strongly believe that he should keep his trap shut.
ReplyDeleteknowing that even he has a huge chunk of skeletons in his closet, and proclaiming that he 'cant remember' or it was 'his prerogative' i don't think its at play to point fingers at AAB for AAB's shortcomings. besides, its well known that TDM's play makers are now kissing ass to the 4th floor boys, or were they? hmm
but anyways, TDM should have stuck to his comment when he said 'i would voice out my comments and assistance when its required', and as far as i remember, no one did. yet.
I CAN"T AGREE MORE WITH JOEFERNANDEZ.
ReplyDeleteYOU HAVE GOOD INSIGHTS!
