Salam Nuraina,
Phew! For once he finally decided to call it a day without flip-flopping at the very last minute! "TUN"? for BOTH? Well... I thought the award is for "outstanding contribution to the country's well being"? I wonder WHAT pak lah has contributed to the well being of the country? All I can see is a country with its economy, politics, you name it, in a MESS!? "Jin" also a Tun? I thought the late kak endon deserves the title more? How about the 2-acre land around Sri Carcosa, did the cabinet "award" him that as well for his "performance"? Sickening when people don't have a sense of "malu" anymore?

Eventhough Najib had won unconstested for UMNO President and now appointed to be our new PM, I doubt that he would win if a fair polls is done inside the House of Parliament. Don't u think so?

FOR COUNTRY WANTING TO BE ONE

For any earthly country to be one
The people must not be in dire want
With problems not solved by a wand
Using nothing else but mere 'wang' (money)

Please respect the Government of the day and let the man do his job without interference.

It is a big burden to carry and he can do with less inteference from his enemies.

But, what the heck? His first job was to announce the release of 13 ISA detainees??

Hmm, hopefully they have decided to tow the line.

A GOOD MAN DOES NOTHING.

The new Prime Minister in his inaugural speech said, : “I am grateful to Yang Berbahagia Tun for his confidence in proposing my name as prime minister to Duli Yang Maha Mulia Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong, and I am honoured that His Majesty has consented to my appointment with this morning’s swearing-in ceremony."

What about thanking the majority in Parliament whose confidence in him is a lot more necessary than that of the newest Tun in town? Or is that unnecessary?

Surely the Agong's acceptance of Najib has to be because of a claim to the effect that he commanded the confidence of the majority. Tun Abdullah Badawi's confidence is certainly unnecessary.

My heartiest congratulations to Malaysia's 6th Prime Minister, DS Najib.

Unlike Pak Lah who inherited a considerably intact UMNO/BN from his predecessor, DS Najib received the key to a deteriorating house.

He must first fix and repair the house before anything else.

He must remove all the damaged structures and replace them with workable and reliable parts. He should be careful when removing those 'damaged' parts because doing so could consequently lead to injuries and harms, nevertheless those 'useless' parts MUST GO, for the benefit of all.

He must transform the decrepit house into a clean and beautiful mansion that will catch the attention of all beholders to the point where they will say;

"Waahh, nice house this one, I LIKE IT"

"That's the way a ha, a ha, I like it a ha, a ha"

And see that big beruk chained to the fence in the backyard?

THAT ONE MUST MUST DEFINITELY GO.

Are we a democratic country? If so why do our prime ministers only come from one party? Worse it's a one man election too in that party. I think China which is a communist country does the same thing too, one man election. Yeah they can vote just like us only for one person which is always very similar to us.
